So, what are you grateful for today? Big things and small. Take a minute then put pen to paper and write down 3 things (…if you want to name more, go for it!).

Think of it as your own personal Red Cross gesture, a vital First Aid practice for your life and for those around you. Imagine if everyone in the world committed to this practice. (Who knows, maybe the Red Cross would become redundant.)
