“After long experience with ‘talking’ therapies, working with Naomi was a refreshing pleasure. She is intuitive, empathetic and mild mannered. Through her therapy I developed an expansive set of new tools for approaching personal problems. Furthermore the process was fun and surprising.” - Patrick F.

“I’ve suffered from a ‘busy mind’ and stress for most of my life which has caused anxiety and panic attacks for the past 5 years. Through my sessions with Naomi I found some very helpful tactics that has had a profound effect on my anxieties, worries and stress, thus personal and professional life. The thing I like so much about NLP is it is proactive and goal orientated. NLP doesn’t require digging up old problems while teaching me to look at things from a different perspective. It has also reinforced the notion of ‘thoughts become things, choose good ones’ and now I feel much more capable and positive about the future.” - Becki M.

“Hi Naomi, just wanted to tell you that I am really enjoying and regularly using two of the strategies you suggested - they are becoming more a part of what I do so that makes it easier to utilise. So a big thank-you.” - Sue B.

“Thank you so much for opening my eyes to a different way of thinking and helping me shift my focus to what really matters. I feel clearer about my goals and I’m confident I can achieve them. The language sessions were enlightening!” - Carol H.

“Thanks Naomi, the sessions we had together really worked wonders on my pre-performance anxiety. You managed to calm me right down and all the feelings of anxiety surrounding my upcoming performance seemed to just evaporate. I wanted to let you know my performance went really well and I didn’t even feel nervous! Powerful stuff, I wish I had known about it sooner.” - M. Young

“For over 20 years I had been suffering from the effects of a childhood trauma. I was depressed and anxious most of the time and the impact on my family and career was devastating. I have finally been able to eliminate the painful feelings associated with the past and they are no longer stopping me from moving forward. I am becoming the person I have always wanted to be. I am excited because I know that my journey is just beginning. Thanks for teaching me a new way to be.” - Wendy T.

P.S. Wendy never had to reveal the content of the childhood incident to me in our sessions. That’s the nice thing about NLP approach and reassuring for those clients who rather keep the incident/s private.

This saying rather nicely sums up the philosophy behind my psychological coaching work and underpins why I choose to use the NLP methodology. I am a firm believer in teaching someone how to do something for themselves - it builds self-reliance and empowers them in the long-term. ~ Naomi
