3 little wisdoms to get you started:
Firstly, there is nothing wrong with you. You are not broken. You don’t need to be fixed. You are simply human, make mistakes, mess things up and occasionally do things you wish you didn’t. We all do. There may be things you want to change and improve. That’s cool. After all, life is a journey, and growing and learning is all part of the journey.
Secondly, give yourself permission to be yourself. Being what others want you to be, might make them happy, but you’ll be sacrificing your own happiness in the long-term. When was the last time you asked yourself ‘What do I really want? What do I want my life to mean?’. Give yourself permission to live the kind of life you really want. And turn your individuality all the way up – it’s what’s makes you uniquely and wonderfully you.
Thirdly, be kind to yourself. Be kind to others. And have a wonderful day.
